Questions about taxation

As it is an import, there is a possibility that the product will be taxed as soon as it arrives in Brazil. However, it is a very affordable price (generally around 17 to 60 reais) that must be paid by the customer. The chances of taxation were greatly reduced, as we changed our shipping model.

If you have any questions, we will be available through our customer service channels. (if the fee is not paid within the deadline stipulated by the post office, we are not responsible, therefore there will be no refund of the amount)

How do I pay if I am taxed?

The tracking code is sent within 10 days of purchase. You will be notified if this occurs, in which case, follow these steps:

1 – Search on Google: “Post Office Tracking” and select the first link.

2 – Enter the tracking code and then press generate invoice.

3 – Log in/create an account.

4 – Press the button $ , next to the eye, this way, you will already generate the bill's barcode.

Once the payment is made, it will be confirmed on the next business day and within a few days it will arrive at the final address.
